Edition 2025 — 150 Years FFW Müdesheim
In 2025, the Müdesheim Volunteer Fire Brigade was entirely focused on preparing for the 150th founding festival the following year. The brigade participated in several godparent requests and anniversaries in the Main-Spessart district and worked on the festival publication, badges, and the ceremonial act program. No major events were held by the brigade itself; traditional club life around the Kirchweih and summer festival continued as usual.
In 2025, the FFW Müdesheim prepared for the 2026 anniversary. As is customary for Bavarian brigade anniversaries, this involved requests for godparenthood from neighboring brigades — a traditional custom where the celebrating brigade asks another brigade to be its godparent for the parade. The 2025 club year also included regular training and operational duties, participation in district performance marches, and involvement in the festivals of other brigades in the Arnstein inspection area.
No major public events with their own festival character took place in 2025 — efforts were concentrated on the big festival in 2026.
