In 2025, the Lohen Volunteer Fire Brigade focused on preparing for its 150th founding anniversary. The actual anniversary festival will take place in 2026; public fire brigade activities in the Market Town of Abenberg occurred in 2025 within the usual framework of club and operational life.
As the 150th anniversary of the Lohen Volunteer Fire Brigade is not until 2026, activities in 2025 were limited to the organizational and financial preparation of the anniversary, as well as regular club life. The brigade participated in operations and training exercises in conjunction with the other fire brigades of the Market Town of Abenberg and the Roth District Fire Brigade Association.
The anniversary date of May 16, 2026, was firmly established and communicated through its publication by the Roth District Fire Brigade Association.
