In 2025, the Volunteer Fire Brigade Aufhausen was fully focused on preparing for the 150th founding festival in 2026. With smaller club events, training days, and the work of the volunteer organizing committee, the major event of 2026 was meticulously planned.

2025 was a year of preparation for the Volunteer Fire Brigade Aufhausen in the Kesseltal Valley. The organizing committee worked at full speed on the arrangements for the 150th founding festival, which will take place from May 29 to June 1, 2026.

During the ongoing club activities, smaller drills, volunteer evenings, and the usual activities of the brigade took place — fire safety education, Maypole raising, technical assistance for the municipality of Forheim. The actual festival week with Eisi Gulp, Micha von der Rampe, and the grand parade will follow in 2026.
