In 2025, the Erlingshofen Volunteer Fire Brigade focused entirely on preparing for its 150th-anniversary celebration in 2026. As usual, the brigade participated in drills and local club events in the market town of Kinding and planned the major festival.
Preparation Year 2025
In 2025, no separate anniversary festival was held by the FFW Erlingshofen. The brigade participated in the usual club events in the market town of Kinding and concentrated on organizing the grand 150th-anniversary festival from June 26 to 28, 2026, at the Dorfstadl Erlingshofen. Preparatory work, invitations to friendly brigades from the Eichstätt District Fire Brigade Association, and planning for the festival tent and procession characterized the year.
