Prior to the major anniversary, the Riedenberg Volunteer Fire Brigade hosted its traditional summer festival in 2025. The club festival in the Rhön served for socializing and preparation for the 150th anniversary celebrations in 2026.

In 2025, the Riedenberg Volunteer Fire Brigade invited guests to its annual summer festival at the grounds on Bergseestraße. With catering, music, and socializing, the brigade fostered community life and prepared the village for the big 150th anniversary celebration the following year.
