140 Years Volunteer Fire Brigade Pflochsbach

The year 2025 was dedicated to preparations for the 140th anniversary for the Volunteer Fire Brigade Pflochsbach. The festival committee was constituted under the chairmanship of Eveline Heun, and invitations were sent to the approximately 100 brigades of the Main-Spessart District Fire Brigade Association and to friendly associations in the Spessart.

In parallel, the brigade maintained its usual training and operational activities in the town of Lohr am Main: training evenings, training new breathing apparatus operators, and responding to fire protection incidents in the Pflochsbach district. The festive period of anniversary preparations culminates in the grand weekend of June 13th and 14th, 2026.
