120 Years Brass Choir Concert — St. Gertraud Church

During Advent 2025, the Brass Choir joined the program of Kirchenmusik Frankfurt (Oder) — alongside the choir, children's choir, and organist circle, it forms a regular part of the annual program. The Advent concerts in St. Gertraud, St. Marien, and St. Georg are a traditional event for the city's Protestant community — and the brass ensemble is among the loudest and warmest voices of this tradition.

Following the 2025 Advent season, preparations for the 2026 anniversary year began. The choir has since been rehearsing intensively for the festive concert on October 17, 2026 — a programmatic challenge featuring Bach, Romanticism, and contemporary brass music, which will crown the entire 2026 program of Kirchenmusik Frankfurt (Oder).
