Edition 2025 — 12-Hour Concert
The 12-hour concert 2025 in Wermelskirchen, as usual, ran for twelve hours on the Saturday of the Herbstkirmes. Classical, choir, pop, and folk music alternated hourly, with the 'wir für ekwk' association collecting donations for the ongoing organ work in the Ev. Stadtkirche.
In 2025, the event took place again in its established format. The marathon format drew visitors from Wermelskirchen and the entire Bergisches Land region to the Ev. Stadtkirche. The donation fund for the organ continued to grow — a testament to the substance of the voluntary tradition of the Wermelskirchen church community.
