Edition 2025 — 1111 Years Gingen — Summer Festival
In 2025, the "1111 Years Gingen" summer festival had not yet taken place. The community and the Motorradfreunde Gingen an der Fils e.V. used the year for the preparation of the 2026 anniversary celebration, including logo development, program planning, and club coordination.
Preparation of the Anniversary Year
In 2025, the summer festival had not yet been held. Instead, preparations for the anniversary were in full swing: On August 5, 2025, the community of Gingen an der Fils unveiled the official anniversary logo, which has been used on all printed materials since then. Citizens were invited to create wooden decorative ornaments and "pearls" for the town entrances — a nod to the nickname "Pearl of the Filstal."
A first club meeting in September 2025 coordinated the 2026 annual program with the motorcycle club, music associations, and the church community. The summer festival on July 31, 2026, is one of the central events of this program.
