Overview

In 2025, Schneckenlohe already hosted the annual summer festival of the Volunteer Fire Brigade on June 21st and 22nd. As every year, there was a festival tent event with live music, sausages, and Franconian beer. The 2025 festival also served as an organizational dress rehearsal for the major 2026 anniversary celebration – with preparatory steps for the parade and the official ceremony.

The Schneckenlohe FFW summer festival in 2025 followed the established format: festival tent events over the weekend with beer tapping, live music, and classic Franconian festival food. In parallel, the festival committee was already working on preparations for the 2026 anniversary – preparing the commemorative publication, advertising in the district, and inviting friendly brigades.

The summer festival is a regular event for the fire brigade and serves as an important source of income for the association's activities. With the 100th-anniversary festival in 2026, the FFW Schneckenlohe is now reaching a special peak in its association history.
